DubaiVisaDesk.com is a private visa service and guide based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It covers visitors coming to Dubai and the rest of the UAE, people moving here to live and work, and residents who need a visa for somewhere else. A visa team prepares and files applications for both, for one total price agreed before you pay.

What we do

  • Visas to Dubai. Tourist and visit visas of 30, 60 and 90 days, multiple entry visas, the 5-year tourist visa, transit visas, extensions and status changes inside the country.
  • Visas by nationality. Each passport has its own rules for the UAE: some need no visa, some get one on arrival, most apply in advance. Every nationality page is written from that country's own rules.
  • Living in the UAE. Golden visas, work and employment visas, freelance and green visas, family visas for a spouse, children or parents, and residence visas for retirees, students, property owners and domestic workers, with renewals and cancellations.
  • Visas from Dubai. Schengen, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Asia and the Gulf, written for UAE residents who apply from here, with the visa centres, appointment steps and documents that apply to them.

What we are not

We are not the government, GDRFA, ICP, a ministry, an embassy, a consulate, VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS International. We have no say in whether a visa is approved. Where you can apply alone, for example on the GDRFA or ICP smart services or an embassy's own website, the page says so and links the official service.

How we check what we publish

Every number on this site has a source.

  • Official fees and rules come from the authority's own pages: ICP, GDRFA, u.ae, MOFA, MOHRE, the destination country's immigration site or its embassy. Each fees table names the source and the month it was checked, in a date line like .
  • Agency prices are what Dubai visa agencies publish on their own websites. We record each agency's price, what it includes and the date, and show a range only when at least two agencies publish a price for the same visa. A range is never our price.
  • Conflicts between official sources are stated as conflicts. When two government pages disagree, the page tells you which one to check before you apply.
  • What we leave out: reported rules that no official source confirms are marked as reported, or not used. We do not publish visa ban rumours, approval rates or waiting times we cannot source.

Fees and rules change without notice. Before you pay any fee, check it on the official page linked at the bottom of each guide.

Our price

There is no price list on this site, because the total depends on the passport, the visa and where the traveller is now. You get one total price on WhatsApp before anything is filed. The government or embassy fee and our service charge are part of that total, and you can ask for the split.

Corrections

If you find a fee, a rule or a link that is out of date, tell us through the contact form with the page and the official source. We check it against the source and update the page.

Good to know

Questions people ask

Is DubaiVisaDesk.com a government website?

No. DubaiVisaDesk.com is a private visa service. It is not GDRFA, ICP, an embassy or a visa application centre. The authorities approve or refuse every visa; we prepare and file the application for you.

Where do the fees on this site come from?

Official fees come from the authority's own service page, such as GDRFA, ICP or the embassy, and each table names its source and the month it was checked. Agency prices are ranges taken from the public price pages of Dubai visa agencies.

Why do you show what other agencies charge?

So you can judge any quote, ours included. A range from published agency prices tells you what is normal in Dubai before you pay anyone. It is never our price: our price is one total, confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Can you guarantee my visa?

No one can. The decision belongs to the immigration authority or the embassy. What we can do is pick the right visa, check the documents against the published rules and file a complete application.
