This site is run by DubaiVisaDesk.com, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we" means DubaiVisaDesk.com. We are a private visa service, not a government website, an embassy or a visa application centre. Nothing you send through this site reaches an authority unless you ask us to file a visa and agree to it.

What we collect
When you send a visa request
- your name and WhatsApp number,
- your email address, only if you give it,
- the visa you ask about, the passport country, where the traveller is now and the travel date,
- the note you write.
The form does not ask for passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers or document copies, and we ask you not to type them in. There are no card payments on this site.
When you browse
The site script gives each visit a random reference and records the pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and, when present, campaign tags or Google ad click identifiers in the link. It also records actions such as a sent form or a tap on the WhatsApp button. This is kept on our own server against the random reference, not against your name.
If Google Analytics is switched on, it measures the same kind of visit data. Google ad personalisation is switched off. Crawlers and monitoring tools are not measured.
Why we use it
- To answer your request: a visa adviser uses your details to reply, name the right visa and quote one total price.
- To file the visa, if you go ahead: only then are your details and documents used for the application and passed to the authority, embassy or visa centre that the visa needs.
- To improve the site: visit data shows which guides people read and which pages lead to requests.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records of work done.
We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner hosts the server where requests and visit data are stored.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- SendGrid sends email notices of new requests to the visa team.
- Google Analytics, when switched on, measures visits. Google Ads, when ads run, receives a conversion signal when a form is sent after an ad click.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you message us or give a WhatsApp number for the reply.
- Our visa processing team receives your request to answer and handle it.
- Authorities, embassies and visa centres such as GDRFA, ICP, an embassy, VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS International receive what an application needs, and only after you agree to go ahead.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Copies of documents sent for an application are deleted once the visa is issued or refused and any follow-up is done. Visit data is used in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete your request and its details, or stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form, choose "Other" and say what you want done. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours.
Cookies and browser storage
What the site stores in your browser, and how to block it, is on the cookie policy page.
Changes
If what we collect or who processes it changes, we update this page before the change takes effect.
