The guides on this site
The guides explain visa rules, official fees and typical agency prices with their sources and the date they were checked. They are general information, not legal advice. Rules and fees change without notice, so check the official page linked in each guide before you rely on a number or pay a fee. We correct errors when we find them or when you report them.
Who decides your visa
Every visa is approved or refused by the authority that issues it: GDRFA or ICP for the UAE, or the embassy or immigration service of the country you are going to. We do not work for any of them and cannot influence their decision. No one can guarantee a visa, and we never do.
Quotes and the total price
Before any work starts you receive one total price on WhatsApp or by email. The total covers what the quote lists: usually the government or embassy fee and our service charge. Extra costs that only appear later, such as a courier, a translation, an attestation or a new fee introduced by the authority, are quoted to you first and only added if you agree.
Your part
- Give true and complete information and genuine documents. A false document or a hidden refusal can lead to a refusal or a ban, and we will stop work on an application if we see one.
- Check the details we send back before we file: names, passport number, dates and the visa type must match your passport and your plans.
- Book travel only after the visa is issued, unless you accept the risk of a refusal or a delay.
- Keep to the visa's conditions: entry window, length of stay and purpose. Overstay fines and any other penalty are the traveller's responsibility.
Our part
We name the visa that fits the facts you give us, check your documents against the published requirements, file the application through the right channel, follow it up and send you the result. If we make an error in an application we filed, we tell you and correct it.
Fees, refusals and refunds
What happens to your payment if an application is refused, withdrawn or delayed is set out in the refund policy.
Liability
We are responsible for the work we do. We are not responsible for a decision of an authority or embassy, for delays on their side, for appointment availability at visa centres, or for losses caused by information you did not give us or documents that were not genuine.
Privacy
How we handle your details is in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
