An application with DubaiVisaDesk.com starts with a message and ends with a visa or a clear answer. You send the passport country, the dates and where the traveller is now. A visa adviser names the right visa and sends one total price before you pay. Once you agree, our team prepares and files the application, follows it up and sends you the result.
How it works with us
We are a private visa service in Dubai. We do not issue visas: GDRFA or ICP issue UAE visas, and each country's embassy or immigration service issues its own. Our job is everything around the decision. We pick the visa that fits the facts, check the documents against the published rules, file through the right channel and keep track of the file until it is done.
Step 1: tell us about the trip
Four facts decide almost every visa:
- The passport. Nationality sets whether a visa is needed at all. Some passports enter the UAE without one, some get a visa on arrival, most apply in advance. See the Dubai visa by nationality list.
- Where the traveller is now. An application for someone already inside the UAE costs more and follows different steps from one for someone abroad.
- Other visas and residence. A valid US, UK or EU visa or residence can open shorter routes for some passports, explained on the Dubai visa with a US, UK or EU visa page.
- The dates and the purpose. Tourism, visiting family, transit or a business trip each have their own visa.
Step 2: the right visa and one total price
The adviser replies with the visa that fits, the documents it needs, how long it usually takes and one total price. The total includes the government or embassy fee and our service charge, and you can ask for the split. Where a visa carries a refundable guarantee deposit, the quote names it separately. Every guide on this site also shows the official fee and the range Dubai agencies publish, so you can judge the quote before you accept it.
Step 3: documents
Most UAE visit visas need only a passport copy valid for at least 6 months and a photo. Others need more: a sponsor's documents for a family visit, bank statements and insurance for the 5-year tourist visa, or employer letters and bank statements for a Schengen visa. The adviser sends the exact list for your case. The Dubai visa requirements page explains the common ones.
Step 4: filing and follow-up
The team files the application through the channel that visa uses: a licensed Dubai tourism establishment for tourist visas, the ICP or GDRFA systems for sponsored visas and extensions, or the embassy's own system and visa centre for visas abroad. If the authority asks for another document, we tell you at once. For visas that need an appointment, we book it and tell you what to bring.
Times are set by the authorities, not by us. GDRFA states 48 hours for tourist visas. Visas abroad take longer: a Schengen decision is due within 15 days and can take up to 45. The Dubai visa processing time guide has the details.
Step 5: the result
A UAE e-visa arrives as a PDF that we send on WhatsApp or by email. Check the name, passport number and dates against the passport before you fly. For a stamped visa, the passport comes back through the visa centre.
If the visa is refused
You get the refusal and any reason the authority gives. Government and embassy fees are not refunded by the authorities after a refusal. Before you pay, the written quote states what part of the total, if any, comes back if the visa is refused. The refund policy explains the rules, and the refusal reasons guide shows what usually goes wrong.
What we never do
We never claim to speed up a decision, never promise approval and never file a document we believe is not genuine. We do not hold passports longer than an application needs, and we do not ask for card details through this site.
Doing it yourself
You can file many UAE visas on the GDRFA or ICP smart services with UAE Pass, and most embassies take applications online. Our guides link the official services. If you would rather have the right visa chosen and the file handled for you, send the details on WhatsApp or the form on this page.
