An Ivorian passport has no visa on arrival in the UAE. The foreign ministry puts Cote d'Ivoire on its visa required list, so the permit is issued first. For a holiday, a licensed Dubai company files a GDRFA tourist visa at AED 210 (30 days) or AED 315 (60 days) on one entry. We prepare that file and check it before it goes in.
What the visa costs
The 30-day single entry fee is AED 210 and the 60-day one is AED 315. Multiple entry is AED 315 for 30 days and AED 525 for 60 days. VAT is in these numbers. GDRFA's published fees, checked .
Dubai agencies post about AED 340 to AED 800 for the 30-day visa (8 of them, checked ). That is what the market charges, not our price.
The Ivorian side
The UAE foreign ministry says relations with Cote d'Ivoire date from and that its embassy in Abidjan opened in . Cote d'Ivoire has its own embassy in Abu Dhabi. It helps Ivorian citizens in the UAE. It does not give UAE visas.
If you are an Ivorian already living in Dubai and your family wants to join you, that is a different file. Start with the family visa page.
What to collect
Your passport needs six months of validity on the day you land. Scan the photo page in colour, with all four corners showing. Then add a white-background photo, a ticket out of the UAE and UAE-valid health insurance. For a family visit, the host adds an Emirates ID, a residence visa and proof of the relationship.
How it works with us
Message the photo page and your dates through WhatsApp or the form. An adviser picks the visa type and sends one total price. Nothing is filed until you agree. After that our team submits the request to GDRFA, answers its questions and emails you the e-visa. We are a private visa service. GDRFA or ICP makes the decision.
A refusal means the authorities keep their fee. Your adviser writes down, before you pay, which part of our total comes back in that case.
Questions people ask
You can extend a tourist visa inside the UAE, but GDRFA stops tourist stays at 120 days in total. Overstaying costs AED 50 a day. A tourist visa does not give the right to work. For a job, your employer files a work permit and residence, as explained on the work visa page.
