Mauritians need no visa before flying to Dubai. UAE MOFA lists the Republic of Mauritius as visa free, with a free 30-day visit visa on arrival. We take over when that is not enough. ICP charges AED 100 plus AED 500 to extend, up to 120 days in total, and we also file visas for family members on other passports.
At the airport
The foreign ministry exemption page, read on , shows Mauritius as visa free. You queue at immigration, the officer stamps you in, and you pay nothing. No application goes in beforehand.
Mauritius in Dubai
The Republic of Mauritius runs a Consulate General in Dubai for Dubai and the Northern Emirates. UAE MOFA's Dubai Office received the new Consul General's credentials on . No page we could read lists the services on offer, so contact the consulate for passports and civil documents.
When 30 days is short

Family on other passports
A spouse or parent with a different nationality may need a visa even if you do not. A resident relative can sponsor, or a licensed Dubai company can file a tourist visa. See UAE visa on arrival for how free entries differ by passport.
