Entry to Saint Kitts and Nevis depends on your passport, and the sources we could read give a firm rule only for British citizens: up to 6 months without a visa. We could not read a government list for other passports. So the first job is a passport check, and the second is the online travel form.
The online form comes first
The St Kitts and Nevis government immigration page links an Immigration Travel Form at knatravelform.kn, which it calls an electronic border management system. UK government advice tells travellers to complete the immigration form online before they go. Do it with your flight details open, because it asks where you land and where you stay.
The same government page also links a Work Visa Procurement service. A visit and a job are different things on the islands. UK advice says working without a permit is illegal, and so is overstaying.
Your passport decides
British passport: no visa, up to 6 months, with a passport valid for 6 months beyond arrival and an extension through the Immigration Department if you need longer.
Any other passport, whether Indian, Filipino, Egyptian, Nigerian or Kenyan: we found no rule we can quote, and we found no exemption for people who hold UAE residence. An adviser reads the current rule for your passport before you book, and tells you if it needs a visa.
Money

What to pack
A return ticket, an address for your stay, your Emirates ID and a passport with enough validity. Keep the confirmation of the online form on your phone and on paper.
From the UAE side
Most trips from Dubai connect through London, Miami or another hub. Check the transit rules for your passport at the connection city too, since they are separate from the islands' rules.
