Uganda issues visas online. The UK government says you must have a visa and apply on the immigration portal, and an authorisation letter with a barcode is emailed to you for the border. We file the e-visa for you and check the letter. Uganda's own notice lists USD 50 for the tourist visa and fewer than three working days.

Which visa to pick
Going to Uganda only: the tourist visa. Adding Kenya or Rwanda by road or air: the East Africa visa. A flight that changes in Entebbe: ask about the transit visa. Visits that repeat through the year: a multiple entry visa.
Papers we check
- Passport valid for 6 months after the day you arrive, per the UK page

- Dates, address and a return ticket

Uganda in the UAE
The UAE foreign ministry directory lists two Ugandan missions: an Embassy in Abu Dhabi and a Consulate in Dubai. The embassy site lists visa applications, passport renewal, attestation and certificates of good conduct. You can take the e-visa letter to an embassy for issue, per the UK page. We keep no contact details here.
The fake portal problem
Ugandan immigration warns that look-alike sites overcharge and that only visas.immigration.go.ug is official. It says the real site shows the DCIC logo and runs four steps. When we file, we use the official portal and show you the fee line.
How it works with us
Send a passport copy and dates by WhatsApp or the form. A visa adviser picks the right Uganda visa, tells you one total and files after you agree. We check the authorisation letter, then send it to you. Uganda decides the application. We are a private visa service.
Uganda does not return government fees on a refusal. Before you pay, your adviser writes down what part of our fee, if any, comes back.
