Andorran citizens do not need a visa before flying to Dubai. The UAE foreign ministry lists Andorra as visa free, with a free 30-day visit visa on arrival. Thirty days is short, so we mostly help with extensions, relatives on other passports, and work or residence papers.

Leaving from Andorra
Visit Andorra says the principality can only be reached through Spain or France. So your flight to Dubai starts in one of those countries, and the Andorran passport is the document you show to the airline and to UAE immigration. Check the airline's own rules at check-in.
Consular help
We found no Andorran embassy or consulate in the UAE, but only in a diplomatic directory, not on an Andorran government page. Treat it as unconfirmed and write to the Andorran foreign ministry's consular affairs section before you travel.
