Angola sits on the UAE visa required list, so a passport from Luanda needs the visa before the flight. For a holiday we arrange a GDRFA tourist visa through a licensed Dubai tourism company. Fees, papers and the hosting rules follow.

Papers
Your Angolan passport needs six months of validity and a clear colour scan of the photo page. Add a white-background photo, a return ticket and UAE health insurance. If a relative hosts you, include their Emirates ID, residence visa and salary proof. More in the requirements guide.

A relative in the UAE can host you, if their income reaches the ICP tier for the relationship. If it does not, a tourist visa through a company is the simpler route.

News and directories list an Angolan embassy in Abu Dhabi, opened in , and a consulate general in Dubai. We could not open an official Angolan page, so treat this as unconfirmed and check by email before a visit.
