Flying to Dubai on a Bosnian passport costs nothing in visa fees. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists Bosnia and Herzegovina as visa free, and the arrival permit is multiple entry, valid for 6 months, with up to 90 days in total. Our part is what comes after landing.
The bilateral agreement
The Bosnian embassy's site says Bosnian citizens have visa-free entry to the UAE from , under an agreement signed in Dubai. Airlines follow the MOFA list. If a check-in agent hesitates, show them that page.

Past 90 days
Tourist stays stop at 120 days in total, extensions included. After that you need a work, family or investor permit. The extension guide lists the order of steps. Keep your entry stamps, because the 90 days are counted across trips.
The embassy in Abu Dhabi
Passport applications, visas, certificates, signature authentication and verified photocopies are on the embassy's list at bhmc.ae. Visa submissions are booked online, with one calendar for Abu Dhabi and another for Dubai. Fees go by bank transfer or FAB bank payment. A notice we read paused passport issuance in August, with bookings after . It is dated, so look at the site before you travel.
