Holders of a Brazzaville passport cannot just board a flight to Dubai. The UAE foreign ministry lists the Republic of the Congo as visa required, which means the e-visa must be issued first. We prepare your application and a licensed sponsor sends it to GDRFA, which lists AED 210 for 30 days.
Two Congos, two passports
The UAE list has separate lines for the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa). This page is for the first. If your passport is from Kinshasa, read Dubai visa for DR Congo citizens.

What we ask you to send
- A colour scan of the passport photo page, with more than 6 months left.
- A white background photo.
- Your onward flight, plus a hotel booking or the Emirates ID of the relative hosting you.
Coming home
The UK page on the Republic of Congo says yellow fever and polio vaccination are mandatory at border control. Keep both certificates in your hand luggage for the flight back to Brazzaville as well as the flight out, and check your passport date against the airline's own rule.
What we could not confirm
We found no official page from the Congolese government on travel to the UAE, none on a Congolese embassy in the UAE, and no UAE rule specific to this passport beyond the visa required status. Rather than guess, we leave those lines out.
