An Eritrean passport needs a UAE visa issued before the flight. The UAE foreign ministry marks the State of Eritrea as visa required. A licensed Dubai tourism company files a GDRFA tourist visa, or a resident relative can host you through ICP.

Staying with family
ICP sets the minimum monthly salary a resident host must earn. It is AED 4,000 for a parent, spouse or child, AED 8,000 for a sibling and AED 15,000 for a friend. A tourist visa through a tourism company has no host.
Papers
- Passport valid at least 6 months, with a clear colour scan.
- Passport photo on a plain background.
- Onward ticket and health insurance valid in the UAE.
- For a family visit: your host's Emirates ID and residence papers, plus proof of the family link.
Time and consular help
GDRFA lists 48 hours for a complete tourist file and ICP lists 2 days. Eritrea sits on the accredited missions list of the UAE foreign ministry. We have no city or service list for it, so do not plan around it.
Staying on and leaving
A tourist visit can be extended inside the UAE, but ICP caps a tourist stay at 120 days in total. A stay past the permitted date costs AED 50 per day. Leave on time or file the extension before the last day.
How it works with us

After you agree, the team files the request and answers follow-up questions. The e-visa reaches you by e-mail. We are a private visa service, and GDRFA or ICP decides each application.
If the visa is refused, government fees are not returned. Your adviser tells you in writing, before payment, what part of our total comes back, if any.
