Georgians do not need a visa for the UAE. The UAE ministry of foreign affairs lists Georgia as visa free, with a free multiple entry visit visa on arrival, valid six months, up to 90 days in total. Longer stays need an extension or a residence. The Georgian embassy in Abu Dhabi also serves Georgians already in the UAE and sets the rules for friends who want to visit Georgia.

For a longer life in the UAE you need a work permit or a residence route, such as the family, investor or golden visa. The Georgian embassy in Abu Dhabi
The Embassy of Georgia sits in Abu Dhabi. Its consular section lists these services:

There is also a hotline for Georgian citizens only. The embassy works by appointment for visa matters.
Legalising a document
If you need a UAE document recognised in Georgia, the embassy charges AED 56 for each document, about USD 15, paid to its bank account. You apply on the geoconsul.gov.ge portal with a scan of the original, the filled application, your passport, your visa or Emirates ID copy and the payment receipt. The original must be in English and carry the UAE foreign ministry stamps. The embassy says processing takes up to 10 working days after the papers arrive. Physical submission is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 12:00. Georgian citizens who want to certify Georgian documents choose a separate certification service.

The other direction: friends flying to Georgia
Georgians in the UAE often ask what their foreign friends need. The embassy's visa page says holders of a UAE visa or residence permit enter Georgia for 90 calendar days in any 180, and UAE citizens for a full year. A passport needs 90 days of validity. Nationals of a listed set of countries must hold a multiple entry UAE residence visa valid for at least one year from the day they enter. If theirs is shorter, they apply for a C1 tourist e-visa (90 days).
For a C1 the embassy asks for passport copies, UAE residence proof, travel insurance covering 30,000 GEL or more, accommodation proof, a return ticket and three months of bank statements, all in English and as PDF scans. Family who need a UAE visa
Your relatives may hold another passport. A Georgian who lives in the UAE on a residence permit can sponsor a visit visa. ICP lists an AED 100 application fee plus AED 100 a month for single entry, and 2 days to process. We prepare the sponsor file. See Dubai visa requirements.
