Your UAE residence does not set the Honduras rule, because Honduras looks at your passport. Emirati citizens enter free for 90 days. British citizens need a visa. For any other passport we check with Honduras before you book, then prepare the consular file and tell you which mission to attend.

What the visa costs and how long it takes
The Embassy of Honduras in Canada publishes US$30.00 for a single entry tourist or business visa valid 60 days, and US$60.00 for multiple entry valid up to 1 year. It says a file needing prior authorization may take approximately four to eight weeks, with in-person interviews. That is one embassy's page. We could not confirm the fee at a mission nearer the UAE.
Finding the right desk
We could not confirm any Honduran embassy or consulate in the UAE, and a news report says the ambassador in Kuwait also covers the UAE. A Honduran consular visa is issued at a mission, so the first job is finding the one that accepts your file. When we find it, we book the slot.
