For Jamaica, the passport you hold counts and your UAE residence does not. British citizens need no visa for up to 90 days. Emiratis get a visa on arrival. Every other passport follows Jamaica's own country list, and we check it before you pay for anything.

The UAE side of the story
Jamaica's foreign ministry says the two countries signed a visa waiver agreement in . Diplomatic and official passports need no visa, and UAE passport holders get a visa on arrival until Jamaica sets up an online visa system. The tourism minister told Gulf News that he was discussing easier rules for GCC nationals. We found no change since.
No mission to visit
The Jamaica Observer reported on that the mission in Kuwait had closed and that the High Commission in London serves the Middle East. If your passport needs a visa, that decides the route and the time, and we tell you the route before you pay.
