Kosovo looks at your passport, not your UAE residence. British citizens can stay up to 90 days without a visa. Many other passports need a EUR 40 visa applied for in person at a Kosovo mission, and Kosovo has an embassy in Abu Dhabi. We check your rule first, then prepare the file.

Documents the ministry lists
- A signed application form
- A photo not older than 1 month, to ICAO standard
- A passport copy valid at least 3 months past departure, with 2 blank pages
- Proof of purpose, accommodation and financial means
- Travel insurance and proof that you will leave
British passports
UK government advice says British citizens can visit Kosovo without a visa for up to 90 days for business or tourism. The passport must be undamaged and valid for the stay. Officials may ask why you travel or for proof of funds. A longer stay needs registration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a residence permit.
The embassy in Abu Dhabi
Gulf News reported, in an article updated on , that Kosovo's President inaugurated the embassy in Abu Dhabi. We read no list of what it handles, so we confirm that a visa file can go there before we book your slot.
Indian, Filipino, Egyptian or other passports
