Panama's rule depends on your passport. UK government advice says British visitors can stay up to 3 months without a visa by land or air. Passports that need a Panama visa may skip it with a valid visa from some countries, as reported, but we could not read the decree. Your UAE residence does not decide it.
Entry checks at the airport
The same UK page lists what officers ask for:
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond your planned departure, with a blank page
- Proof of at least 1000 US dollars, or a credit card
- A return or onward ticket, mainly if you arrive by land from Costa Rica
- An accommodation address and a contact telephone number

If your passport needs a visa
Reports say Executive Decree 196 of lets nationals who normally need a stamped tourist visa enter without one when they hold a valid visa or residence from Canada, the United States, Australia, South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, Singapore or an EU state. The Panama migration site pages we tried did not open, so treat this as unconfirmed and ask the consulate.
The UAE foreign ministry directory lists a Panama consulate in Dubai and the embassy in Abu Dhabi. They set the rule for your passport.
