UAE residents who are not exempt apply for a Togo e-visa online. Togo's official travel page lists tourist fees from 25,000 Fr CFA (1 to 15 days, single entry) to 65,000 Fr CFA (31 to 90 days), and processing of up to 5 business days. It asks for applications at least 6 business days before arrival.
What we do
We file the e-visa, check the scan, photo and flight reservation, and watch the application. For a UAE resident this saves a rejected upload, since the system wants a passport valid 3 months or more and a ticket proof. If your passport is a CEDEAO one, we tell you honestly that you may not need a visa.

Who is exempt
Citizens of Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone need no visa but must complete online immigration procedures. The rule follows the passport.

We saw a reference listing of a Togo embassy in Abu Dhabi but no Togo government page confirming it. Check the Togo foreign ministry before relying on it.
How it works with us
