A visa agency in Dubai prepares and files visa applications for people who live in or travel to the UAE. For UAE visit visas it files through a licensed tourism sponsor. For visas abroad it checks documents, books the visa centre slot and tracks the file. Published Dubai agency prices run from about AED 340 for a 30-day UAE tourist visa to over AED 1,000 for a UK or US application.

What a visa agency can and cannot do

An agency can An agency cannot
File a UAE tourist or visit visa through a licensed sponsor Decide an application
Check photo, passport, insurance and ticket before filing Promise approval
Book a Schengen, UK or US appointment slot Attend your fingerprints or interview for you
Prepare a golden visa or residence file Waive the authority fees
Follow the file and send you the result Change a refusal on its own

u.ae states that the UAE's embassies do not issue tourist visas. A tourist visa goes through ICP or GDRFA online, or through airlines, licensed travel agents or hotels, so for a first-time visitor an agency is often the practical route.

Six checks before you pay a visa agent

  1. Licence. Ask for the legal name and trade licence number, and check them with the licensing authority in the emirate.
  2. Total price. Government fees, service fee and VAT, each on its own line.
  3. Refusal terms. What comes back if the visa is refused, in writing, before payment.
  4. Who files. Which licensed sponsor or visa centre actually submits the file.
  5. Payment. Business bank account or a payment link in the company name, never a personal transfer.
  6. Promises. Walk away from guaranteed approval, "100 percent" and fixed times the authority never states.

When you do not need an agency

Be honest with yourself about the job. If your passport enters on arrival, you need no filing at all. If you are a resident renewing something simple on the GDRFA or ICP apps, you can do it yourself. An agency earns its fee when the file is easy to get wrong, when a slot is hard to find, or when you do not have time. A first Schengen application with a thin bank history is a good example. A returning traveller with a clean file may not need help.

Visitors and residents ask different things

Visitors want a visa to arrive: a sponsor, a ticket, insurance and a photo. Residents usually want two things: a visa abroad that fits their nationality and residence, and paperwork for family. Tell the agent which group you are in, because the documents differ.

Services Dubai agencies cover

What to send an agency

  • Passport copy valid at least 6 months.
  • Photo on a white background.
  • Emirates ID and residence visa copy if you live in the UAE.
  • Travel dates and, for abroad, your bookings and bank letter if the embassy asks.

How it works with us

Message us on WhatsApp or use the form on this page. An adviser asks what you need, checks what is real for your passport and tells you if a cheaper route exists. Then you get one total price, confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay, with government fees named. Our team prepares the file, books the slot where there is one and follows up. DubaiVisaDesk.com is a private visa service, not the government, an embassy, VFS or BLS. The authority decides every case.

Authorities do not refund government fees after a refusal. Before you pay, your adviser writes down what part of our total, if any, comes back. The wider policy is on our refund policy page and the steps are on how it works.

Questions people ask

What does a visa agency in Dubai do?

It prepares and files applications for you. For UAE visit visas that means filing through a licensed tourism sponsor. For other countries it checks your documents, books the visa centre slot and sends the file, so you attend fingerprints or an interview.

Do I need a visa agency for a Dubai tourist visa?

u.ae says a tourist visa is applied for through ICP or GDRFA online, or through airlines, licensed travel agents or hotels. Since a tourist visa needs a licensed tourism sponsor, most travellers use an agency or their airline.

How do I know a visa agent in Dubai is legitimate?

Ask for the trade licence name and number, a clear written total price and a written refund position. Check that the agent explains the authority decides the case. Walk away if you are asked to pay into a personal account.

How much does a visa agency in Dubai charge?

Published prices vary by visa. Dubai agencies list about AED 340 to AED 800 for a 30-day tourist visa (published prices of 8 Dubai agencies, checked October). Outbound agency prices run wider, such as AED 150 to AED 1,200 for a Schengen visa.

Can a visa agency guarantee approval?

No. Only GDRFA, ICP or the embassy decides. An agency that promises approval is misleading you. A good one tells you the risks in your file and what refusal costs.

Can a visa agency help with a Schengen visa from Dubai?

Yes. An agency can check your documents, book the visa centre appointment and prepare the file. You still give fingerprints at the centre. See our Schengen visa page for fees and the appointment rules.

Is a visa agency the same as VFS or an embassy?

No. VFS and similar centres collect applications and biometrics for governments. An embassy decides. A visa agency is a private business that helps you prepare and track the file. We are not the government, an embassy or a visa centre.

Can an agent help with golden visa services in Dubai?

Yes, a private agent can check eligibility, gather documents and file a golden visa application. The fees paid to the authorities are separate from service charges, so ask for them to be listed.
