Many UAE residents can fly to Barbados without a visa, but only because of the passport they hold. We read the Barbados visa list for your nationality, then file the entry visa if one is needed. The Barbados list revised shows no visa required for India, Bangladesh, Ghana, Kenya, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Brazil.
What the Barbados lists say
The ministry list has a column for foreign nationals entering Barbados. For Bangladesh, Ghana and Sri Lanka it states a stay of up to six months without a visa. India and the Philippines are marked no visa required, with agreements dated .
An older notice, , said citizens of India, Brazil and South Africa needed visas. The newer list shows India and Brazil as no visa required, so that notice no longer matches. If your passport is not on our list above, read the full PDF or ask us.

Where to file from the UAE
The Barbados immigration page lists courier shipment and missions in North America and Europe. It does not name the UAE. Barbados does have an embassy in Abu Dhabi, but we have not seen it listed for visa filing. We confirm the route with the authorities before we take your documents.
Advice from the Barbados government
On the Barbados foreign ministry asked Barbadians to delay travel to the affected Middle East areas. That notice is for Barbados citizens, but it shows why you should check flight routes out of the Gulf.
