We prepare your file, you attend the embassy interview

Brazil has no visa office in Dubai. The Embassy of Brazil in Abu Dhabi handles visa requests by appointment only, and the visitor visa fee in the embassy's table is AED 320 for most passports. Some nationalities are exempt, and the rule depends on your passport, not on your UAE residence.

Which passports need a Brazil visa

Brazil decides this by nationality. The Abu Dhabi embassy page keeps the point short: some citizens do not need a visa for tourism or business visits of up to 90 days, with a passport valid for more than six months. We could not open the exemption list itself, so check your passport on the embassy page before you pay for anything.

One change is dated and clear. From passport holders from Australia, Canada and the United States need a visa for Brazil. If you hold one of those passports and live in Dubai, you are in the visa queue like everyone else.

The embassy also names nationalities that must apply in person: Afghanistan, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestine, Senegal, Sudan and Syria. If your passport is on that list, plan the trip to Abu Dhabi yourself, as nobody can attend for you.

Fees

Source: Embassy of Brazil in Abu Dhabi, types of visa and fees, checked . The embassy lists its own fee in AED, so there is no foreign currency conversion to do. Pay before you attend, because proof of payment is one of the listed documents.

We found no Dubai agency price range for Brazil. One agency page shows a starting price, and a second page we read does not sell Brazil visas. A range needs two published prices, so we show none.

Documents the embassy lists

  • Visa application form with photo.
  • Passport valid at least six months, with two blank pages.
  • Original UAE residence visa and a copy.
  • Bank statement for the last three months.
  • Sponsor letter on company letterhead.
  • Hotel confirmation, or a notarized invitation letter.
  • Labour card copy.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Round-trip flight reservation.
  • Proof that you paid the consular fee.

Incomplete applications are rejected, so the embassy asks for everything at once. Keep your residence valid for the trip, since the original residence visa is a listed document.

Booking and processing

Every request goes through an online form and the e-Consular system, and the system lets you pick slots within the next 45 days. The embassy says it analyses a file in 5 business days after you submit on e-Consular. After the personal interview it needs at least 5 more business days to issue the visa. For certain nationalities that need clearance, issue can take up to 30 days. Do not buy tickets before the visa is in your passport.

What can go wrong

  • Walking in without a slot. The embassy takes appointments only.
  • A residence visa that is about to expire. Renew first.
  • Missing bank statements, sponsor letter or labour card copy.
  • Applying for tourism while the plan is paid work. The visitor visa forbids paid employment in Brazil.
  • A passport with fewer than two blank pages.

How it works with us

You send your passport copy and residence details on WhatsApp. A visa adviser tells you whether your nationality needs a visa and whether you must attend in person. You get one total price before you pay. The team fills the form with you, builds the document set, and watches for the first slot at the Abu Dhabi embassy. We cannot attend the interview for you, and the Embassy of Brazil decides every visa. DubaiVisaDesk.com is a private visa service.

Brazil does not return its consular fee after a refusal. Before you pay, your adviser tells you in writing which part of our total, if any, comes back if the visa is refused.
