Belarusian citizens do not need a visa for the UAE. The foreign ministry lists Belarus as visa free, with a free multiple entry visit visa on arrival valid six months, up to 90 days in total. Belarus's own foreign ministry confirms the political side: on a protocol was signed so Belarusians with valid national passports can visit the UAE visa-free.

The Belarus embassy in Abu Dhabi stopped consular work on . Consular matters now go to the Consulate General of Belarus in Dubai, in Jumeirah Lake Towers. Its site lists visas, citizenship, passport issue and marriage, with reception Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 to 13:00. Check the opening hours again before you go.

Staying past 90 days

An extension is filed with ICP: AED 100 for the application and AED 500 for the extension itself. Tourist stays are capped at 120 days in total, and each day past your permit is AED 50. Free entry does not permit work. Fees checked on the ICP service pages in .

No. The Belarus embassy page says the Abu Dhabi embassy stopped consular functions on 7 July. All consular matters, including passports and visas, go to the Consulate General in Dubai.

Can Emiratis visit Belarus without a visa?

Yes, for up to 30 days. A Belarus decree effective 29 April gives UAE citizens with valid passports visa-free entry for temporary stays of up to 30 days from entry, plus transit. That is useful if you invite UAE friends to Minsk.

How can a Belarusian extend a stay in the UAE?

ICP charges AED 100 for the application and AED 500 for an extension. Tourist visits total up to 120 days. Apply before the 90 free days end, since overstaying costs AED 50 a day.

Can a Belarusian sponsor family from Minsk to Dubai?

A resident with a valid residence permit can sponsor a relative through ICP. First-degree relatives need a sponsor income of AED 4,000 a month and siblings AED 8,000. Your family may enter visa-free if they hold Belarus passports.
