A Tuvalu passport needs a Dubai visa before you travel. The UAE foreign ministry lists Tuvalu as visa required, which means no stamp at the airport. We prepare the file with a licensed Dubai tourism company or a relative who lives in the UAE. GDRFA charges AED 210 for 30 days and lists 48 hours.

Who can sponsor you
A tourist visa is sponsored by the Dubai tourism company that files it. If you have family in the UAE, the other route is a sponsored visit visa. ICP sets the host's monthly pay at AED 4,000 for a parent, spouse or child and AED 8,000 for a sibling. Read the details in our family visit visa guide.
A visit visa never allows work. A job offer needs a work permit filed by the employer.

The UAE foreign ministry directory lists an Embassy of Tuvalu in Abu Dhabi. It received its ambassador's credentials copy on , per the ministry. We keep no contact details here. For a renewal, a lost passport or a document stamp, ask the embassy.
