Of the three Baltic states, Estonia is the one whose ministry says most plainly where UAE applications go. We prepare your file and check it before you attend VFS Global.
Do you need a visa?
The Estonian ministry says EU and EEA nationals, and third-country nationals holding a residence permit of a Schengen state, do not need a visa. Citizens of listed countries, UAE passport holders among them, can stay up to 90 days in any 180 without one. A UAE residence permit is not a Schengen permit. If you hold an Indian, Filipino, Egyptian or Nigerian passport, for example, check the ministry list before you assume anything. We do that for you.
The Schengen file
Estonian visa applications in the UAE are received by VFS Global on the ministry's behalf. Estonia has an embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Longer stays and work
The D visa fee is EUR 120, EUR 60 for children aged 6 to 11. It can cover up to 365 days within twelve consecutive months. You file it in person where you live. Financial proof depends on the purpose. The ministry gives EUR 1,320 as a one-time amount for short-term employment.
Before any job starts, a third-country national needs a legal basis to stay, for example a visa, and the work is registered with the Police and Border Guard Board. Short jobs can be registered for 365 days within a 455-day window. Longer jobs need a residence permit for employment, issued first for as long as 5 years once the Unemployment Insurance Fund has agreed. The application goes to an Estonian embassy or to the Board in person.
How it works with us
Message us your passport copy and dates, on WhatsApp or in the form. An adviser works out if you need a visa and which kind, and quotes one total before you pay. The team books the VFS slot and goes through every page. DubaiVisaDesk.com is a private visa service. Estonia decides.
The Schengen fee is not returned after a refusal. Before you pay, your adviser tells you in writing which part of our total, if any, comes back.
