Gabon runs an electronic visa for travellers flying into Libreville. The portal lists 70 EUR or 45000 XAF for a single entry of 1 to 3 months, 185 EUR or 120000 XAF for six months with multiple entries, and a 15 EUR processing fee on top. It states 72 hours to process.
The rules on the portal
Gabon says the e-visa is valid only for those who visit by air, through Leon Mba International Airport in Libreville. It also warns that some countries are exempt under bilateral agreements, so the list should be checked before you file. Anyone who plans to settle in Gabon is sent to the immigration directorate's own site.

What the form needs
Gabon wants an online form, the passport data page with at least six months of validity, and a colour photo under 6 months old, 35 by 45 mm, without shadows or over-exposure. Every field must match the passport. Applicants who travel before the receipt arrives risk being turned back under the 1986 law on foreigners' admission.
Extending
A one month visa can be extended for two months, and a two month visa for one. Three month and six month visas are not extended. The extension is done in person at the visa department in Libreville.

Gabon's ambassador to the UAE, Guy Rodrigue Dikayi, handed over a copy of his credentials in Abu Dhabi on , according to UAE state news. We found no official page that lists consular visa services in the UAE, so we name none.
