A Vanuatu government trade portal page says visa on arrival is not available, the visitor visa fee is VUV 3,600 and the stay is up to 30 days. What the trade portal says

The visitor visa procedure on the Vanuatu trade portal, checked October 2026:

No visa on arrival. Apply while outside Vanuatu.
Fee: VUV 3,600.
Maximum stay: 30 days, with proof that you intend to leave within that time.
Papers: passport with a certified copy of the photo page, the visitor application form, a return ticket or arranged transport, and proof of funds.
Funds: VUV 40,000 per month of stay, or written support from someone in Vanuatu.

What the immigration site may say

A search listing for the Vanuatu immigration department describes visa on arrival for some countries, for tourism, up to 120 days, and a fee of VUV 5,150 for others. The page returned an error when we opened it, so we cannot quote it. Until the department confirms, treat both as unconfirmed.

Passport rule

The UK government page says the passport must have an expiry date at least 6 months after arrival, and tells travellers to check Vanuatu immigration on whether a visa is needed in advance.
