Haitian passports are on the UAE visa required list, so no visa is given on arrival. A licensed Dubai tourism company files a GDRFA tourist visa: AED 210 for 30 days, AED 315 for 60 days. We handle it and send you the e-visa.

The UAE foreign ministry list says Haiti is visa required, with the visa issued before travel (source, read ).

Travelling from Haiti
Haiti's airports and flights have been disrupted by the security situation. The UK foreign office advises against all travel to Haiti, last updated , and Canada says to avoid all travel there, updated . Many Haitian passport holders therefore apply while living in the Dominican Republic, the US, Canada or France. Tell us where you are applying from and where you will board.

The embassy
Haiti has an embassy in Abu Dhabi, per the UAE foreign ministry directory. Use it for Haitian passport matters, not for the UAE visa.
