Turkmenistan is a consulate visa for UAE residents. You apply at the Turkmen Consulate General in Dubai or the Embassy in Abu Dhabi, by appointment only. The foreign ministry tariff lists single entry visas from USD 20 for up to 10 days, with standard processing within 10 calendar days.

We prepare your file, check each document and scan, and help you book the appointment, since the consulate refuses walk-ins and wants scans first. You attend if the consulate asks. We tell you early what the consulate asks for your purpose of travel, and we do not guess at rules we have not read.

Time
Standard: within 10 calendar days from receipt of documents. Urgent: within 3 business days. After-hours service carries a 100% surcharge.
The consulate and embassy
The Embassy in Abu Dhabi lists visa procedure, attestation and services for Turkmen citizens, open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break. The Dubai Consulate General lists a visa obtaining procedure, attestation and document verification. Send scanned copies before the appointment.
About the e-visa
Press reports say an e-visa portal opened with e-TU (tourism), e-BS (business, up to 30 days) and e-HM (humanitarian) categories. The portal page we opened showed no fees or rules, so we do not quote any. Ask us or the consulate which route fits.
